This great popeye daily is from may 11th, 1936. It is one of the earliest appearances of eugene the jeep, one of teh most enduring of all popeye supporting characters. Has some great shots of popeye acting the way popyee acts, along with good 'ol olive oyl. All in all, a great exampel of a great strip.
